Depending on the app you use and the features you choose to access, we may collect the following categories of information:

a. Information you provide directly

• photos, images, videos, audio, recordings, screenshots, or other content you upload, capture, or submit;
• text you enter, including prompts, search queries, messages, or other inputs;
• account information, if an app supports account creation, such as your name, email address, sign-in credentials, or profile details;
• support requests, feedback, or communications you send to us;
• affiliate program applications, including your name, email address, country, social or web profile URLs, audience size, promotion plans, and any notes you choose to include.

b. Information collected automatically

• IP address;
• device type, device model, operating system, and app version;
• app activity, session information, feature usage, crash reports, and diagnostics;
• approximate location derived from IP address or similar technical signals, where relevant.

c. Information from third parties

If supported by a specific app, we may receive limited information from third-party platforms or service providers, such as analytics, payment, login, attribution, or subscription platforms, in connection with operating the Services.

We collect information in the following ways:

• directly from you when you upload content, enter text, contact us, create an account, or otherwise interact with a feature;
• automatically through the app, device, SDKs, APIs, analytics tools, and server logs;
• from service providers that help us operate features such as analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, authentication, hosting, content delivery, and AI-based functionality.

We may use collected information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve our Services;
• operate app features you request;
• generate outputs, recommendations, identifications, search results, or other requested functionality;
• personalize content and improve user experience;
• process subscriptions, purchases, and account-related functions;
• monitor usage, analyze trends, and improve performance;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems;
• communicate with you about support, service updates, legal notices, and product changes;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use user-submitted content for advertising purposes.

Some features in our Services use third-party artificial intelligence (“AI”) service providers to analyze content, identify objects, generate results, respond to prompts, create outputs, or otherwise provide AI-powered functionality.

What data may be sent to AI providers

• photos, images, video, audio, or other content you upload or capture;
• text, prompts, questions, messages, or search queries you enter;
• limited contextual or technical data necessary to process the request, such as app version, device type, timestamps, and error information.

How we use AI-related data We use this data only to provide the AI feature you choose to use, such as identifying items, analyzing content, generating responses, or producing requested outputs, as well as maintaining security, preventing abuse, troubleshooting, and improving functionality.

AI providers we may use Our AI service providers may include OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other app-specific third-party AI service providers used to deliver certain features. The specific provider used may vary depending on the app or feature.

User consent for AI sharing Where required, before transmitting personal data to a third-party AI service provider, we provide an in-app notice that explains what data will be sent, who it will be sent to, and requests your permission. If you do not grant permission, the related AI-powered feature may not function.

Data minimization We only send the data reasonably necessary to provide the AI feature you selected.

We may share information with third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, customer support, subscription management, attribution, content delivery, and AI processing providers;
• legal and compliance recipients where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
• business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar transaction;
• protection and safety where necessary to protect our rights, users, the public, or the integrity of the Services.

We require third parties with whom we share user data to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law and platform rules.

Our apps may use third-party services for analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, attribution, payments, authentication, content delivery, or similar operational purposes. These providers may process technical and usage information on our behalf to help us operate and improve the Services.

Depending on the app, these services may include, for example: Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook SDKs, Amplitude, Adjust, and RevenueCat. Some apps may use additional or fewer providers depending on functionality.

Some of our Services may use location-related information, but not every app does. Where a specific app includes location-based functionality, we may process:

• approximate location, such as location inferred from IP address or device settings; and
• precise location, only if a feature requires it and you grant device-level permission.

We use location information only for the feature that requires it, to improve functionality, or to provide location-relevant results. If a specific app does not use location-based functionality, it does not intentionally collect location data beyond what may be inferred automatically from standard internet traffic.

Some of our apps allow you to upload, capture, or submit content such as photos, videos, audio, documents, or text. We use this content only to provide the feature you request, such as scanning, analysis, identification, generation, editing, or response generation. Certain features may require sending this content to our servers or to third-party service providers, including AI providers, for processing.

If facial imagery appears in photos or videos you submit, we do not use it for facial recognition, biometric identification, or facial template creation unless a specific app clearly says otherwise and obtains any legally required permissions.

Face Data. We process photographs of your face that you voluntarily upload from your device’s camera or photo library. We take face data privacy seriously and have designed our pipeline to minimize data exposure.

• No retention. We do not retain, store, archive, or save your face data on our servers. Each photo you upload is processed transiently in memory only for the duration required to generate your requested result, and is immediately discarded after the response is returned to your device.
• No storage period. Because face data is not stored at any point, there is no retention period. Face data exists only for the few seconds required to complete a single AI generation request, after which it is permanently destroyed.
• Reason for processing. Face data is processed solely to generate the visual result you explicitly request inside the app. It is never used for any other purpose, including training AI models, advertising, profiling, biometric identification, or building face databases.
• Third-party AI providers. To generate results, your face image is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS) to the following AI service providers solely to produce the output you requested: OpenAI (GPT-4o) for text-based analysis, and the Google Gemini image edit model for image generation and editing. Per both providers’ API terms, content submitted via the API is not used to train their models and is not retained beyond the time required to provide the response.
• Reason for sharing with third parties. We share face data with these providers exclusively to perform the on-demand AI generation that powers the app’s core feature. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise transfer face data to any third party for any other purpose.
• Your rights. Because no face data is retained, there is nothing to delete on our side. You may stop processing at any time by ceasing to use the relevant features. You may also delete your account from the in-app Settings, which removes all account-related metadata.

If you apply to the Rizz Apps Affiliate Program, we collect the information you submit on the application form, plus technical data used to prevent abuse, including your IP address and browser user agent.

We use this information to review your application, contact you about the outcome, keep a record of decisions and emails we send you, and detect duplicate or abusive submissions. We do not sell applicant data.

Affiliate applicant records are retained for the operation of the program, including applications that are not approved. To request access or deletion of your applicant data, email hi@rizzapps.co. Until automated deletion tooling ships, deletion requests are handled manually.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• provide the Services;
• maintain security and prevent abuse;
• troubleshoot and improve performance;
• comply with legal obligations;
• resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the feature involved. Some submitted content may be processed temporarily and deleted after the requested task is completed, while certain technical or account-related records may be retained longer where necessary for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Depending on your location and the app you use, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete certain personal data;
• withdraw consent for certain data uses;
• disable permissions through your device settings, such as camera, microphone, photos, or location access;
• stop further data collection by uninstalling the app;
• request information about how your data is processed.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner not permitted by law, we will delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region, including in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we take appropriate steps to ensure such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
